I chose this hotel for attending a forum and I was pleased with the conveniences provided, such as coffee/tea makers and an iron/ironing board. They made my stay more comfortable and convenient.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace or a desk in the room. It would have been helpful for me to have a designated area to work and be more productive.

Location was marvellous and excellent, within easy walking distance of a giant Gothic cathedral. Hosts were helpful and kind, even gave us room with facilties.

The location was unbelievable, right in the heart of the city with easy access to local transport. The number of restaurants and bars below the apartment made it super convenient to satisfy my taste buds. And oh my gosh, just a 20-meter walk to hop on a cruise ship along the stunning river! Quick check-in and no extra charge for dogs was a total bonus. The apartment was close to the famous DOM and my business meeting, and the cleanliness, hot water, and amazing bed making and room cleaning service included in the price exceeded all expectations. Plus, the wi-fi, electric kettle, cookware, and flat-screen TV made my stay even more perfect. Mind-blowing experience!

Staff was amicable, assisted us with everything. It was marvellous and wonderful good near by the bridge.

We were in a fairly large apartment close enough to 2 restaurants, die Innenstadt and main train station overlooking the river in the old town.

had another amazing stay in cologne, but this time for business. city apartment really impressed me. the key pick-up process was smooth and hassle-free. the room was clean, comfortable, and even had a little kitchen. the location was fantastic, close to the christmas markets, cathedral, and museums. will definitely stay here again in the future.

Shower drain smelled bad.

Included a roll-in shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, all very handy. Breakfast was particularly nice with a great selection of food. Staff was friendly and nice, helped us with everything.

I had a wonderful experience staying at an apartment in Cologne. the location was perfect, with the train station and the Dom just a short walk away. the staff who greeted me were incredibly friendly and helpful, showing me around the city and recommending sights to visit. the view of the River Rhine from the window was absolutely lovely. the apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the bed making and room cleaning service included in the price. it was a great base for exploring the city. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

The value for money was excellent, with a clean room and unexpected bed making and room cleaning service included. The location near the Rhine river was marvelous, and the staff, especially Imre and the cleaning staff, were accommodating and enabled an early check-in.

The breakfast option could be improved with the addition of a toaster or microwave.

The hotel is just a few steps away from Cologne Cathedral and the accommodation met our standards.

One specific situation: The host was understanding when we forgot to contact him in advance for the keys. He was able to assist us promptly and ensure a smooth check-in process.
